I Can't Believe I Did it ... Twice!

I Can't Believe I Did it ... Twice!

Daily Cup

You see that nice coffee cup someone gave me?

I love it.

I even love what it says ... Daily Cup.

The cup reminds me of what happened ...

... Twice ...

in less than a week!

My wife had eaten some chili for a meal.  I think she made
Frito Pie, which is a great Southern meal.

It's very simple.

You take a can of chili, heat it up, add Frito's corn chips
(or any brand), and maybe some shredded cheese and
you have a great meal!

Well, she ate some and left the rest of the chili in a large cup,
similar to my coffee cup.

I came in for lunch one day this week.

Decided to heat up the chili and finish off the corn chips.

So, I popped it into the microwave, set it for 2 minutes -------

-------- Do you see where this is going?

Came back 2 minutes later.  Decided I would pull it out.  Right?

Man, that handle was hot! ------- (yelling in the kitchen)

A very short while later I thot it safe to take it out and ....
you guessed it... (more yelling)

(look, I'm just being honest with you)

Well, the third time I used a dish towel and was able to enjoy a good
side dish with my turkey sandwich.

Fast Forward to yesterday

I came home for lunch and needed a beverage, so I grabbed a Lipton
tea bag and a cup of water and proceeded to place it inside the ...

you guessed it ...

Nuke machine!

Again, I set it for 2 minutes. I really need to examine my pattern here. LOL

Anyway, when the timer dinged I reached inside for the handle and ...

You guessed it again ...

It was hot.

But I had already committed my hand and arm into taking the cup out of
the microwave.

But it was so hot that I couldn't hold on to it and I spilled the whole
cup of hot tea onto the counter, the cabinet, and the floor.
(I did clean it up)

This was accompanied by more yelling on my part.

I can't believe I did it twice in one week.

You might be like me.

I have been burned by MLM's, internet businesses, and the like.

More than once!
Maybe disappointed might be a better word.  Lack of training. Empty promises.
Can you relate?

I gave up on the industry for 4 years until I found out about Empower Network.

Empower Network attracted me right off the bat when I found out there were

  • No shake parties in my home
  • No cold calling
  • No hounding prospects, friends or family members
  • No 3 way calls trying to close a prospect
  • No wimpy commissions
Perhaps you've had some bad experiences in the past.

Today is a new day. See what makes Empower Network different.  I did!

If you haven't watched the presentation do so here.

Don't give up on your dreams of making a living at home.

Don't give up on the idea that you can build a business while
still having a life.

Thanks,

Chuck Whetstone

Here is a great video by my friend Tony Rush
